Data collection

We store your name, email, whatsapp number, and order history in Prisma. Payment details stay with the payment processors.

You will receive operational emails (verification, receipts) and optional WhatsApp updates for delivery. Opt out anytime from your account settings.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to admin data is restricted via role-based controls and logged in the audit trail.
