Harare same-day windows

Orders confirmed before 14:00 CAT dispatch the same day. Anything after 14:00 moves to the first route of the next business day.

Suburbs & CBD coverage

We deliver across Harare CBD and suburbs including Borrowdale, Mount Pleasant, Highlands, Avondale, Marlborough, and Chisipite.

Harare-only service area

We currently deliver only within Harare. Out-of-town and cross-city shipping is paused while we scale local capacity.

Rates & thresholds

Standard Harare deliveries are a flat $4. Bulk or oversized items are quoted at checkout.

Tracking & notifications

You will receive WhatsApp and email updates when the parcel is booked, out for delivery, and completed. Live tracking links are provided when couriers support it.

Returns & failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, we will rebook once at no extra cost. Returns are handled within 7 days of delivery; perishables qualify for store credit.
